Nelliker kendes nok bedst som krydderi i julebagværk. Nellikes stærke aroma bidrager her med en umiskendelig, kraftfuld og krydret smag, der kommer fra nellikernes æteriske olie. Denne olie dufter lige så fantastisk, som den smager og er derfor dejlig at fylde rummet med, når den bruges i saunaen, badekarret eller bare som almindelig luftfrisker.
Anvendelse
