Aromaterapi har været anvendt i århundreder. Aromaterapi er en naturlig velværepraksis, der anvender æteriske olier for at fremme balance og afslapning gennem duft.
Urtegaardens aromaterapiolie Sov godt er en beroligende blanding af nøje udvalgte æteriske olier, der giver ro og forbedrer søvnen. Sov godt giver en dyb afslapning, der fremmer en rolig søvn. Sov godt er en aromaterapiolie, der er perfekt til at skabe en optimal atmosfære ved sengetid.
Anvendelse
Aromaterapiolier må aldrig anvendes ufortyndet på huden eller indtages rent. De må gerne inhaleres (duftes til) i deres rene form fx direkte fra flasken.Sov godt aromaterapiolie skal inhaleres for at få den ønskede effekt. Anvend den fx i en duftlampe, duft direkte til olien i flasken eller dryp nogle dråber på en vatrondel og læg den ved din seng e.l. Duft til aromaterapiolie ved behov.
